My practice includes somatic psychology, polarity therapy, and yoga.
Somatic psychology is based on
the principle that the body, emotions, spirit, and mind are truly one process. Somatic psychology investigates the myriad
ways in which emotions, attitudes, and beliefs become "embodied" in our physical structure, posture, expression, voice, and
style of self-organization.
Polarity therapy is based in the ancient healing tradition of Ayurveda. This is India's traditional, natural
system of medicine that has been practiced for more than five thousand years. Polarity therapy is a profound healthcare system
that uses gentle hands-on work for relaxation, emotional well-being, and relief from physical pain.
Yoga is a series of traditional disciplines originating in India. Yoga commonly has three elements, including postures,
breathing exercises, and meditation—all of which are integrated and complement one another.
