Profile

I have a masters degree in counseling psychology with a specialization in somatic psychology at John F. Kennedy University in Pleasant Hill, California. I am a marriage and family therapist intern (MFTi) at Touchstone.

I worked as a counseling trainee at the John F. Kennedy University Center for Holistic Counseling in Oakland, CA and at New Pathways Counseling of Catholic Social Service, Solano in Vallejo, CA. I am a registered polarity practitioner (RPP) and had a private practice at the Watergate Building in Washington, DC.

I am a member of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT), the American Polarity Therapy Association (APTA), and Toastmasters.

In addition, I am a published author, and my articles have appeared in several issues of the Humanist magazine and in the book At Issue: Peace Movement. I worked in marketing for IBM in Austin, TX and the American Red Cross headquarters in Washington, DC. I have Bachelor of Arts degrees in Cultural Anthropology and Archaeology from the University of Texas at Austin.
