Profile

I have a private practice as a holistic life coach and work at Yoga Yoga in Austin, Texas where I am completing yoga teacher training. I hold a masters of arts degree in counseling psychology with a specialization in somatic psychology at John F. Kennedy University in the San Francisco East Bay area in California.

I worked as a therapist at Touchstone Counseling, the JFKU Center for Holistic Counseling, and New Pathways Counseling in the SF East Bay area. I am a registered polarity practitioner (RPP) and had a private practice as a holistic life coach at the Watergate Building in Washington, DC.

In addition, I am a published author, and my articles have appeared in several issues of the Humanist magazine and in the book At Issue: Peace Movement. I have Bachelor of Arts degrees in Cultural Anthropology and Archaeology from the University of Texas at Austin.
