Sessions last fifty minutes and usually occur weekly.
I work with adults, children, couples, and families.
I
help clients establish a state of consciousness called mindfulness. In this
state, they are able to open up to themselves without judgment and accept
what is.
By listening to themselves, clients are able to enter into their
unconscious and to observe, study, and explore their experience. This
therapeutic process is about self-exploration, awakening, and growth. Erika
believes that bodily experience brings clients closer to themselves.
I use techniques that include somatic interventions,
breath work, guided visualization, play therapy, meditation, sand tray,
and expressive arts.
