Sessions last fifty minutes and usually occur weekly.

I help clients establish a state of consciousness called mindfulness. In this state, they are able to open up to themselves without judgment and accept what is.

By listening to themselves, clients are able to observe, study, and explore their experience. This process is about self-exploration, awakening, and growth. I believe that bodily experience brings clients closer to themselves.

I use techniques that include somatic interventions, breath work, guided visualization, meditation, body work, and yoga to help rejuvenate the body's entire system.
